The customer at this address in Hampstead had existing wood parquet flooring that needed some attention.
It was pinned parquet which means that there was 6 pin heads in each individual block of which the customer wanted to make blend in with the floor.
Quicksand suggested that we lightly tap down each pin head and fill with a resin mixed with the same dust from the existing floor to ensure a match in colour.
When achieved we would then sand down to a fine finish and apply 4 x coats of bona kemi high traffic floor seal. Our Hampstead based customer agreed to this method and was delighted with the end result as the floor looked natural and they are happy to recommend us to other clients.
